Job Posting for Accounts Payable Specialist at Steward Property Services Inc

We provide services to homeowner associations and are in need of a full-time, accounts payable person to assist with an increase in workload. Job is in office (onsite), hours to be Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Skills needed are:

  • Data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in Excel
  • 10key by touch
  • Comfortable with math and calculations
  • Good listening and communication skills

Duties will include:

  • High volume invoice entry
  • Check Processing
  • Vendor Management – Updating vendor information, tracking insurance requirements
  • 1099 Processing
  • Vendor/Manager correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
