Stewart Painting in Hingham, MA is looking to hire a full-time Sales - Estimation Specialist to provide estimations and make sales for our company. Are you ready to work? This full-time estimating and sales position earns Base Commission - 1st-year target sales compensation $125,000 - No Cap on Commissions! Our Sales - Estimation Specialist is responsible for promoting the growth and success of our company as you learn and develop in your knowledge and expertise of the industry to better serve our clients' painting needs. Your go-getter personality creates endless growth possibilities as you develop your skills as an estimator. You enjoy interacting with clients, finding leads, and providing accurate estimations. Further, when needed, you handle any concerns or issues with composure and flexibility to adapt to meet customer needs. QUALIFICATIONS

• Technologically proficient and able to efficiently use state-of-the-art software
• Self-motivated and teachable

Industry knowledge or a college degree is a plus, but we are willing and have successfully trained the right candidate in under 4 weeks' time!

However, the right candidate must possess the following sales capabilities:

You use a consultative sales approach, have good listening and questioning skills, superior relationship building skills, are well organized, sell value, and use CRM software. Having excellent written and presentation skills is paramount.
