THE POSITION:

  • Enter previous day's paperwork into the company software.
  • Organize technician's schedules for the next day's work.
  • Answer inbound customer phone calls.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Make outbound collection calls.
  • Sell services to inbound callers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous phone experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Provide friendly customer service and answer customers' questions.
  • Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
