The Website Manager has a handle on all things related to the website and its performance. You enjoy aligning growth strategies and long-term initiatives of StickerGiant with product launches, testing, optimization, and innovation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial owner of StickerGiant.com: GTM strategy, forecasting, conversion, engagement, testing, and reporting.
- Responsible for the complete user experience: from session to order delivery.
- Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of StickerGiant.com
- Strategize, forecast, track, and update all eCommerce KPI’s
- Oversees strategy for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on market trends for experience
- Management of content strategy as it relates to all website pages
- Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
- Ensures pricing and promotions are executed accurately
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
- Works cross functionally with other departments, teams, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintains team health, communication, and individual employee development through individual coaching, one:one meetings, and weekly department L10 meetings
- Promotes brand advocacy and support active curation of the brand guidelines

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology or a related discipline
- 5-7 years experience in project management and marketing for business
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficient in math and statistics
- Magento experience preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO Tools, & Website Content Management Systems
- 3-5 years direct team/people leadership experience, preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
- Strong leadership presence
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Able to manipulate data in Spreadsheets
- Google Analytics reporting, analysis and data analytics tools
- Experience tracking URLs and advertising campaigns back to conversions
- Superb personal time management skills, highly organized, have the ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deliverables
- A desire to learn and understand business operational frameworks such as Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Open Book Management
- Able to have fun and collaborate with others
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities
- Innate ability to build great relationships and embrace people leadership
- Interest and ability to grow professionally with support from StickerGiant
POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
- Occasional weekend work, based on various project needs
- Hybrid onsite and work from home environment
