About this Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide strategic, scalable solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Respond, nurture and qualify inbound leads
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
• Cold call prospects generated by variety of lead sources
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on new ideas to increase market awareness
• Generate interest in sticky.io’s offering, leading to hand-off to Account Executive team
• Accelerate growth of open sales pipeline
• Work closely with the Account Executive team to help progress and close open opportunities
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone, email or social channels
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Requirements:
• Capability of understanding Customer Pain Points and Key Performance Indicators
• Ability to correlate potential business value that can be provided by sticky.io
• Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent listening skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
• Self-starter with a diligent work ethic
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
Bonus:
• Familiarity with the ecommerce industry - billing software, payment processing, ecommerce platforms, fulfillment, etc.
• Experience working with Salesforce and/or Outreach.io
