The Senior Product Manager will lead the vision, delivery, and growth of sticky.io's subscription billing application for Salesforce Commerce Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the product strategy, feature roadmap and ultimate success of the product. As a Senior Product Manager, you have a track record of working collaboratively with developers, UI/UX designers and key stakeholders to identify which problems to solve, discover valuable solutions and navigate the journey from delivery and adoption to market leadership.

Responsibilities:
Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy and delivery of an industry-leading subscription billing application for Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Lead throughout the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
Be the in-house expert on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem and marketplace to ensure we remain well-positioned
Engage closely with customers and partners to discern current and future strategic opportunities
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to evaluate and iterate on ideas and solutions
Requirements:
4 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing responsibilities
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Experience working in B2B SaaS with enterprise customers
Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
Demonstrable ability to process ambiguous inputs, frame problems, discover solutions and deliver value to customers and the business
Experience working with and presenting to other business functions and executives
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Motivation to learn quickly and independently
Strong organizational skills and judgment to prioritize personal tasks and team workload
Desired:
2 years of experience in client-facing roles (such as support, sales, or account management)
Familiarity with ecommerce and subscription commerce
Experience working with Jira
Working knowledge of Scrum principles
