Job Duties:
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food storage and handling.
- Prepare food using various cooking methods.
- Assists other cooks and staff, deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate kitchen machinery, slicer, mixers, fryers, and packaging machine while following safety expectations.
- Receive and inspect product. Accurately package, date, and label product.
- Follow HACCP programs including verification and documentation of product.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain inventory and proper rotation of product.

Location: Store #211, located off I-80 Exit 221 in Sinclair, WY., 82334
Hours: Full time, 30-40 hours/week
Days: Days and times may vary, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Requirements: Must be 18 years old, and complete food safety class within 90 days of hire date
