Job Summary:

The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for leading Stirista’s Public Relations efforts and developing and executing communication strategies to enhance our reputation and brand. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of media relations, crafting compelling content, organizing PR events, and handling crisis communications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media contacts.
  • Develop and manage crisis communication plans, prepare statements, and handle media inquiries during crises.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials.
  • Plan and coordinate PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media tours.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Track media coverage and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, advertising, and executive teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and protect the company’s brand and reputation.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful media relations and crisis management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations
  • Experience in MarTech and AdTech greatly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times.

Compensation details: 80000-120000 Yearly Salary
