Job Description:
- Prepares daily deposits
- Prepares all cash receipts
- Reconciles cash schedule
- Accounts Receivables up to and including: posting factory EFT's, collect and allocate payments, generate and send out monthly statements, call on outstanding payments
- Assist with filing
- Assist in monthly closings
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
Requirements
- 2 years Automotive Accounting Experience Preferred
- CDK Global experience preferred
- Working knowledge of dealership documents Preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Willing to new learn new things.
