Stockton University is seeking a 60% Program Assistant for the School of Business who under the direction of the Assistant Dean and the Office Manager will support the faculty and staff of the School of Business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to being the first staff member to answer phones in the School, act as the initial point of contact for the School of Business for those calling on the phone or coming into the office. Providing clerical support to faculty and staff, act as main support staff to the Computer Science and Computer Information Systems programs, serve as a liaison between the school and several Honor Societies, work closely with the Assistant Dean on Course Inventory Management through the Workflow system and have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Self Service Banner, Internet Native Banner, Workflow and other related systems. Be familiar with the operation of all office equipment, phone systems and assist in the smooth operation of the office, along with other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will be required to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccine status prior to their start date. Religious or Medical waivers may be requested at the time of employment offer.
This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

This position requires occasional weekend or evenings required to support University and School programs such as Open House or other major events
- Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including computer, scanner, copier, fax and telephone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience of professional clerical work in an office setting
- Proficiency in Self Service Banner and Internet Native Banner system
- Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience on a year for year basis.
- Applicants who possess an Associate's degree may substitute two (2) years of position-related experience for the remaining two (2) years of education
