What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Stoker Pools?

Pool Construction Company looking for an organized and experienced Front Office Administrator. Be part of the team building some of the most luxurious pools in the Coachella Valley. Duties include answering phone calls, customer service coordination, employee time management and recording, submitting payroll, data entry and job costing.

Required:

Min 2 years office admin experience or similar.
Good people skills

Computer skills

Intuit Quickbooks Online

Microsoft Excel

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule (Flexible)

M-F (40 hours)

M-W-F (24 hours)
