Stone Belt is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on House Manager for a local group home with strong supervisory & organizational skills to oversee the daily operation of a group home in Bloomington. This person will teach clients daily living skills, assist with program goals, supervise staff, maintain house & resident records, monitor finances & comply with all state & federal regulations.
This is a full-time position with benefits (health/life insurance, vision/dental insurance, 401k with matching, Weekly or Daily pay, referral bonuses, a $1000 sign on bonus, and more!)
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR a High School Diploma/G.E.D. with one year of successful work experience in human services or management. Management and supervisory experience preferred.
