Valid Driver License Required.
Stone Brook Assisted Living is currently seeking a FT Maintenance Technician for our community located in Denison, TX. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, service oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Carpet and upholstery shampoo/cleaning
- Clean-out of vacant units and make-ready for future occupancy
- Daily work orders
- Upkeep of interior hallways, dining rooms, other common areas of the community
- Driving the company van when needed
Other requirements include:
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds
- Ability to carry out work orders and follow through
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to work safely and follow all prescribed safety guidelines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb ladders and stairs
- ***HVAC experience preferred but not required
