Job Summary for the Lead Server/Waitstaff:
To prepare food in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines and regulations as directed by the Resident Dining Director and to assure the quality food service is provided at all times. Position requires some weekends.
Will need to supervise dining room workflow and problem solving. Make sure all side jobs are assigned and completed, ensure assignments are rotated daily and communicate concerns to the Culinary Director.
Full-time. Weekday hours and every other weekend required, a combination of 6:30a-2:30p and 11:30a-7:30p.
