Stone House Tax, Business & Municipal Accounting (TBMA) is a small, locally-owned business based in the heart of Tunkhannock, PA. Our team is looking to expand to include a temporary administrative office manager position during the 2023 tax season.
An ideal candidate to fill this role would be friendly, outgoing and a dedicated team member. This position requires strong organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills in order to complete customer service duties as well as help manage day-to-day tasks alongside the TBMA team.

*Experience using software such as Drake or QuickBooks is preferred but not required.*
The hired individual for this role will be expected to:
- Manage incoming office phone calls and emails
- Create invoices and take payment for services rendered
- Coordinate appointments for the tax team and assist in tax return pick-up
- Scan and organize client documents and files
- Help upkeep office supplies and basic appearance for an enjoyable customer experience in-office
Please note, this is a temporary position starting in January, 2023 and extending until the end of tax season in April, 2023. We are looking for an individual to work Monday through Friday during business hours.
