As the Regional Director of Clinical Services, you will provide oversight,
accountability, and process implementation to support the center clinical
outcomes that reflect the company’s goals. You will function as a team leader
and a team member both in the centers and with regional staff while maintaining
regulatory and best practices to ensure that quality care is delivered.
- Communicating with the Administrator/Director of Nursing (DON) on current accomplishments, improvements, and areas of concern related to the centers
- Receiving, investigating, aiding in resolutions, documenting, and reporting all Customer Service Hotline calls and Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Investigating through documentation reviews, staff interviews of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation of funds
- Monitoring center Quality Indicator Reports for outliers
- Investigating by medical record reviews, analysis of systems, proper utilization of policy and procedure, discussing, making recommendations, documenting, and reporting the findings of all quality report concerns
- Monitoring the RAI process for accuracy and completeness to assure maximum reimbursement potential is reflected in the Case Mix Index
- Monitoring staffing patterns, HPPD, and Indirect Staffing to promote center's ability to reach and maintain targeted goals
- Reviewing and analyzing Census and Trends reports weekly and making recommendations as needed
- Reviewing monthly Service Outcome Indicators and Clinical Services Reports
- Monitoring for maintenance of Federal and State regulations
- Maintaining relationships and communication with the Regional Director of Operations and regional staff members as pertaining to Clinical Services of assigned center

- Registered Nursing license in primary state of residence
- Must possess a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program
- Five (5) years of nursing supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care centers
- Active CPR certification
