Stonewall Kitchen is looking to add Seasonal Warehouse Outbound Associates (Pickers/Packers) to our team in Dover! As an Outbound Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing customer orders. This process includes picking, packing, labeling and shipping orders. Our warehouse ships local orders to customers here in the Seacoast, all the way to stores and individuals in over 42 countries worldwide! This is a full-time seasonal position expected to go March 1st 2022 to April 30th 2022.
We have 1st shift; Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with (Over time as needed) $16.00/hour
We have 2nd shift; Sunday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 12:30am with (Over time as needed) $17.60/hour
Key Responsibilities
1. Learn and perform all duties on shipping floor as directed, to include wholesale, freight, retail and company store orders.
2. Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately.
3. Pack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage.
4. Ticket or label orders as specified.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift.
6. Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate manager.
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Assist with inventory spot checks and distribution activities as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs and stand for several hours at a time
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Windows preferred)
- Experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts preferred.

Seasonal employees are able to convert to Full-Time Permanent status when positions open up throughout the year. If you decide to stay Seasonal until the end of the season, the seasonal assignment can last up until Christmas time.
