Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Fabricate or repair parts as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
