Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the carving station
- Monitor and replenish meat supplies as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for portioning
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of sanitation standards in the food industry
