Produce Associate
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh produce items
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the produce department
- Stock and rotate produce inventory to ensure freshness
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of produce items
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of produce and their seasonality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
