Payments Operations Analyst
Storable is looking for a Qualified Candidate to be our daily primary payments analyst and point of contact for our Payments Partners as follows: Fiserv, SMS/TSYS, SBOA/TSYS, Payrix/WorldPay and VikingCloud plus others. With billions of dollars flowing through Storable software, this role in our daily operations of our existing and newly acquired payment partners. This role operates within our Payments team -- responsible for ensuring the daily health of our Storable Payments Partners Solutions.
What you will do every day:
- Day-to-Day contact for Payment Partners - handles daily issues and escalations from product, support, sales, etc.
- Ensure Partners and Storable are living up to our contractual agreement by meeting with them regularly and as needed. Utilize forward-thinking skills to be proactive in this area.
- Report, track and implement improvements that maximize revenue and timely issue resolution.
- Work with Data Engineering to build out our existing data integrations with payments partners
- Work with Business Intelligence to create dashboards as necessary to monitor and analyze to allow for informed decisions to be made.
- Ensure Storable and Partners are meeting all required expectations, compliance and security requirements of card brands, gateways, and processors.
- Work with Finance to review and analyze the overall payments portfolio across all Storable payments providers and to ensure our agents & Software partners are correctly compensated.
- Implement and project manage all pieces to Partner Pricing Changes as needed to support revenue growth. Handle all rate escalations on third party integrations.
- Keep Storable internal customers notified as needed about changes and critical issues. Ie outages.
- Being the Storable escalation point for Partner Issues and driving them to closure.
- Gather requirements and drive our Payrix Partner for better solutions that enables Storable Operations to run more smoothly.
- Develop internal and external policies, standards, processes and templates for working with vendors.
- Responsible for troubleshooting vendor issues and driving to resolution related to identified work areas. These areas include but are not limited to vendor policies and contracts, vendor communications, vendor requirements and overall vendor engagement.
- Assist with rate reviews and pricing discussions for existing merchant accounts.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and daily operations.
What you need to bring to the table:
- 3 years of relevant payment experience.
- Preferred Previous experience working with payment processors
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce
- Thorough knowledge of Tableau
- Thorough knowledge of Excel
- Ability to coordinate, organize, and execute on objectives with minimal oversight.
