Looking for a great part time opportunity with lots of flexibility? Retired and looking for something to do without the requirement of many hours.. then this might be the position for you.

We are looking for a take charge person to manage one of our Climate Controlled Self Storage Facilities on Cliff & 77th. We only ask you to be in the office a few hours a day and you will be able to handle the rest remotely. You will ensure the facility runs smoothly and coordinate with outside maintenance vendors to address any issues. If you have experience with property management - customer service or just think you would be a good fit please send us your background and work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Tenant Move-in and Move-out process in industry software
  • Answer and return all incoming calls in a timely manner – on-site or remotely
  • Clean vacated units on a timely basis and prepare units for future rentals.
  • Ensure that grounds are clean, free of debris, and everything is functioning properly
  • Contact appropriate vendors when needed including snow and lawn needs, garbage disposal, electrical, HVAC, Entry and security system.
  • Meet customers & vendors on-site for any necessary appointments

Opportunity to meet customers outside of office hours based on your schedule and get paid per appointment as well as additional pay for answering after hour phone calls.

Experience:

· Property management: 1 year (Preferred)

· Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Knowledge:

· Basic Computer and phone app skills helpful but we will train

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
