What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, expense reporting, risk management, status reporting, and execution of new building start ups
- Work closely with internal business partners and stakeholders in a cross-functional manner to ensure project results are delivered on time and at the highest level of quality
- Present a business case project initiation, spending and resource allocation
- Successfully create start up project plan for new building launches
- Report both at a management and executive level status of projects
- Present risks and create risk mitigation plans when they arise
- Recommend, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity for internal stakeholders
- Manage all outside vendors and ensure just in time delivery
- Procure all equipment needed to ensure a successful building startup
