Store Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding performance
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
