STORExpress Self Storage is actively seeking to hire a Full Time Assistant Property Manager to run our Self Storage Building located in Forest Hills.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, takes control, friendly, likes to work with the public, is highly detail-oriented, has strong communication & customer service skills, a love for learning & is a professional to join our self-storage team!
Requirements:
Can work with all age groups
Customer Service Experience ( 5 years min.)
Must be able to work with the public
Must be able to use Outlook, Word, Excel - Computer typing skills must be around 30
Must be able to correspond with Managers and take Direction
Retail experience a plus
Comfortable with phone calls ( collections and new customers )
Must be reliable along with being able to have reliable transportation.
Valid DL
Friendly with a great smile! Outgoing Personality & Committed.
Must have flexible schedule. One Weekend day is a must.
Paid Training, Hourly. 40 hours weekly, Paid Mileage, Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, 401K, PTO, Vacation time. Please e-mail resume.
