Storm Search is supporting an immediate Direct Hire opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd Shift Plant Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Duties:
· Scheduling of task for efficient completion with minimal plant disruption
· Delegate policy and procedures to maintenance staff
· Provide short-term and medium-term solutions to troubleshooting issues
· Preventive and predictive maintenance
· Comply with company KPI, tracking performance
Qualifications
· 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
· Knowledgeable with PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical and electrical systems
· Background in ammonia refrigeration and high pressure boilers is a plus, but not required
· Food manufacturing experience preferred
· Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Education:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (4 years of maintenance experience in lieu of diploma)
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
