As a Regional Marketing Manager with a wide range of duties, you will play a crucial role in our team, leading efforts to enhance our brand and expand our market within the designated region. Your responsibilities will cover a variety of tasks, from representing our brand to conducting thorough market research, all aimed at ensuring that our regional strategies are in line with our overall objectives.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Brand, budget, and Ambassador Management:
    • With Sr. Manager, develop, monitor, and manage the regional marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives.
    • Provide regular updates and analysis on budget performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Execute tactics to enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the market.
    • Monitor brand sentiment and implement proactive measures to address any potential issues or challenges.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty based on VOC findings.
    • Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors to represent the company at events and engage with customers.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty.

  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace.
    • Use research findings to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.

  • Event Planning, Sponsorship, and Community Relationships:
    • Plan and execute marketing events and activations that engage customers and strengthen community relationships.
    • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with brand objectives and values.
    • Manage sponsorships effectively to enhance brand visibility.

  • HOA and Builder Management:
    • Cultivate relationships with homeowner’s associations (HOAs) and builders to support marketing efforts and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate on marketing initiatives tailored to HOA members' and homebuilders' needs and preferences.

  • Content Management:
    • Recommend and manage compelling content to amplify the brand's message.

  • Lead Generation Team Collaboration with The Home Depot:
    • Work closely with The Home Depot lead generation team to develop joint marketing programs and campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Track and analyze lead generation performance to optimize outcomes and maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with retail partners, particularly with The Home Depot stores.

  • Showroom and Customer Service Management:
    • Develop, train and collaborate with showroom teams to develop marketing strategies and initiatives that drive foot traffic and enhance the customer experience.
    • Monitor and evaluate customer service performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions as needed.

  • Team Management, Coaching, Training, and Mentoring:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and collective success.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the marketing organization.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Presentation skills- deliver compelling presentations that reflect the brands’ values.


Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing roles, with a focus on regional marketing
