Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the data science strategy aligned with company goals. Provide vision and direction for data science initiatives and projects.

- Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model development and deployment.

- Healthtech Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthtech data, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, patient outcomes, and clinical trials.
