About Us

We’re uber-focused on the fastest growing segment of the market and seen as a visionary in the industry. Our customers are as varied as our people, and we like it that way. Magic is in our name, but the real magic is in our people.

Work closely with engineering to ensure they have necessary product requirements to execute on time and with high quality.
  • Product Launch - Provide all the product info needed by the rest of the company to drive and execute on world-class global launches and lead the cross-functional team to execute.
  • Product Expert - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, and support the sales team by interacting with customers and partners, writing white papers and solution briefs - represent the company and our products to help drive revenue.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle from roadmap planning through launch.
  • Proven ability to make tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to customer needs, business goals, software architecture constraints, and software development team capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to write internal and externally facing documents (MRDs, Launch guides, white papers, etc….) as well as detailed product requirements.
  • Have led development teams using an agile process, writing requirements, using Jira and helping to ensure all involved parties are aligned with releases and dates
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead on multi-team projects with varied stakeholders such as engineers, sales, and marketing staff
