This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining the overall quality of the properties. *Responsibilities* - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants. - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements. - Maintain accurate records of property activities, including contracts and tenant communications. - Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs. - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met. - Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills as needed. - Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates for stakeholders. - Collaborate with legal administrative teams to resolve any disputes or legal issues related to the properties. - Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance tenant engagement. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. - Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and legal regulations governing property management. - Familiarity with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs is a plus. - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants. - Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. - A background in law or legal administration is beneficial but not required.
