Must-Haves:

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or C .
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries like sci-kit learn, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience in implementing and applying AI/ML techniques to practical problems.
- Ability to develop frameworks or assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of technologies and share this knowledge within the community.
Nice-to-Haves:
