Description

This is a management position responsible for driving growth and profitability in the Aftermarket business at our store in American Falls, while ensuring efficiency and consistency with internal processes. This role will direct the service and parts department toward effective partnerships with operations, customers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications


What You'll Do:

  • Leads Aftermarket strategic plans for parts and service departments andto ensure achievement of established goals
  • Manages financials for parts and service departments
  • Directs marketing efforts in support of parts and service
  • Responsible for providing coaching, training, methods, and strategies to grow the aftermarket business
  • Actively engaged in recruitment for Aftermarket teams
  • Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and employees.
  • Manages all aspects relating to parts and service vehicles
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner

What's Required

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • The knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired in 5 to 10 years of experience in managing an aftermarket-related business.

  • Some travel is expected.
