Have you ever driven to the mountains gone on a hike and ended up in a place you said I wish I could go camping here? We build the vehicles that will get you there! Let's paint a picture: Imagine driving to the top of a mountain, having a tent on top of your custom lifted Toyota, you get to the camping spot, light your fire, roast marshmallows, have your drink of choice watch the sunset then climb up the ladder on the back of your Toyota into the tent watch the stars the fall asleep in the most beautiful place. This is what we do: we sell adventure! We can't stand the typical car dealership so we try to distance ourselves as far as possible to give our customers the best most unique experience.
Now the boring stuff! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Input stuff into our computer systems, help other staff with any needs they might have. Remember we are a small but awesome team! Most businesses will tell you "sky is the limit" well the sky isn't reachable for most people and when you have 500 other employees ahead of you how far can you get? In a small awesome team we believe you work hard you grow as we grow!
Responsibilities
- Be awesome!
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Put deals in CUDL
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
