What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Stout Burgers and Beers?
Stout Burgers and Beers is looking for a Server to join our team in Ventura, CA that is dedicated to provide the best customer service for our guests.
We are currently hiring part time servers.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and greet guests in a courteous manner
- Prepare and serve food or beverages
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls or attention
- Perform day-to-day cash-handling tasks, including accepting payments and processing receipts
- Efficiently manage restaurant inventory of food and supplies
- Able to work as a team with other staff members to ensure that our customers have a wonderful experience
- Maintain sanitation regulations in the restaurant area, including keeping the kitchen area free of trash and maintaining the appearance of the floor
- Participate in daily cleaning procedures to maintain the appearance of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, dusting or sweeping tables, chairs and floor surfaces, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous server position experience required
- Able to work well under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Craft Beer knowlage is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
