We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Taper to work on commercial construction in Brockton Ma.

$25-32/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Measure cut, and install drywall panels according to specification provided by blueprints or project plans.
  • Secure drywall panels to walls, floors and ceiling using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Tape and mud joints between drywall panels to create a smooth and seamless finish.
  • Apply multiple layers of compound and sand surfaces to ensure a level and ready to paint surface.
  • Repair and patch existing drywall as needed and inspect finish surface.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Previous experience as a drywall installer and taper
  • Knowledge of various drywall materials, tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail, ability to read blue prints, project plans and specification
  • Proficient in using drywall tools
