We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Taper to work on commercial construction in Brockton Ma.
$25-32/hr
Responsibilities:
- Measure cut, and install drywall panels according to specification provided by blueprints or project plans.
- Secure drywall panels to walls, floors and ceiling using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Tape and mud joints between drywall panels to create a smooth and seamless finish.
- Apply multiple layers of compound and sand surfaces to ensure a level and ready to paint surface.
- Repair and patch existing drywall as needed and inspect finish surface.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Previous experience as a drywall installer and taper
- Knowledge of various drywall materials, tools and techniques
- Attention to detail, ability to read blue prints, project plans and specification
- Proficient in using drywall tools
