StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Junior (Jr.) Program Analyst to support a NAVAIR Aircraft Program Office at Patuxent River MD. The Jr. Program Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
- The Jr. Program Analyst provides program office analysis support, participates in meetings, and supports specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Responsible for tracking program/project status and schedules, taking meeting minutes, and preparing presentations, reports, studies, and documentation
- Track all contractual information derived from Delivery Orders and contract modifications in order to ensure allotted funds are correct
- Maintain & track all Option Exercise dates on all contracts within the program to ensure deliveries are met on schedule. Involves follow-up with vendor and IPT lead.
- Provide PMT reports to Division Head for Acquisition Tag-Up Lvl 1 meeting to provide updated status on high priority PIDs, and also PIDs that are no longer tracking on schedule
- Update PMT PID milestones daily to ensure an updated status
- Participate in IPT directed meeting in order to review each program’s outstanding contract status, taking actions and distribute to program
- Attend PID Reviews, take minutes and actions to distribute to each team
- Organize SharePoint files to ensure all copies of contracts are up to date and easy to find
- Distribute contracts to Program Office and Industry offices for review, signature and for award
- Update Program Manager’s Notebook slides monthly with high level contract information
- Performs tasks under supervision
Experience Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business or technical discipline related to NAVAIR programs; a minimum of one (1) year experience in providing support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT) is required
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with the DoD acquisition process and an understanding of basic acquisition terminology
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Education Requirement:
- Associates Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Minimum Secret clearance required prior to employment
