What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper/Laundry position at Strasser Farm?
Need housekeeping and laundry on a weekly basis to clean 2000 3 bedroom 2 bath home and one bedroom cottage. General and Deep cleaning is done each week. Very flexible schedule, but prefer weekdays, weekends will be used for trial. Friendly Chocolate Lab Dog (Duke) and small black long hair cat (Ebony/Eb) are on site. Cleaning includes weekly vacuuming, dusting, floor mopping and bath cleaning with deep cleaning one room every week. Deep cleaning includes deep dusting, window washing, furniture polishing, wall washing, and rug shampoo/floor mopping . Typical general cleaning is 3 hours, typical deep cleaning is 1-2 hours per room. House is empty about 30% of the time and more deep cleaning is done then. Launder sheets and change bed linens every other week.
