This position will provide sales support for the direct and indirect sales teams as well as manage projects for the Optika Display product groups. This may include inside sales, reactive and proactive customer support and sales order/process management, pre- and post-sale customer service, field sales logistic support and coordination with Sales, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Purchasing on documentation flow, reporting and logistics.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Supports internal and external field sales teams at the sales order, fulfillment and project management levels. Provide support for customer projects and all installation requirements, pre- and post-sale.
• Build and develop reseller partner chain relations, providing sales resources and solutions awareness. Build and maintain supply chain relations by demonstrating both sales/product solution skills and technical knowledge.
• Support pipeline to demand to build schedules to backlog to current inventory to forecast.
• Drive BOM accuracy, reports and organization of purchase requisitions and match pipeline to demand.
• Drive internal resources to advance the sales and product development process.
• Provide support for RFP and proposal process for OptiKa Display products and services. Support product solution and supply chain partners to coordinate projects and complete installations.
• Perform other duties as requested

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of customer service and direct sales experience (other than retail)
• Understanding of channel sales, reseller and partner support logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PC navigation, cloud services, website functionality, MS Office, operating systems (Window, iOS)
• Refined problem-solving skills, a critical thinker, multi-tasker with extreme attention to detail
• Understanding of order management, sales processes, pipeline and forecasting tools
• Electrical/component/LCD knowledge and/or background is a strong plus
