Job Summary
The Regional Director’s purpose is to lead a team of Hybrid Cloud Enterprise Architects and 1st line managers by generating revenue by way of services and product, ensuring successful professional services delivery and achieving individual team and organizational goals focused on the pre-sales and post-sales of Cloud, Data Center, Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, and Automation . The Regional Director will execute a strategy, alongside sales leadership, to maximize business growth for the assigned geographic area.
The Regional Director will report to the Director, Hybrid Cloud Solutions. This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Lead all architects and engineers in the assigned territory for Hybrid Cloud within Stratascale focused on the Enterprise & Global segments
- Align with area sales VP and Directors to drive business and develop strategy
- Provide input and execute on a plan to grow Stratascale business & maximize revenue and gross margin
- Oversee the field team’s activities by assessing strategies, processes, training, opportunity generation, pipeline activity, professional services quality & staffing
- Build and execute a long-term strategy for the assigned territory
- Ensure Enterprise Architects can clearly articulate the SHI & Stratascale offerings and capabilities and deliver the best in class customer experience
- Lead technical Executive Partner Relationships for the assigned territory
- Responsible for hiring, training and retaining team
- Motivate, coach and develop team members
- Evaluate people, processes, and systems regularly making necessary adjustments to improve individual and overall team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years engineering leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the IT Market with a focus on on-premises Data Center, Cloud infrastructure, Automation at Scale, Digital Experience, and cyber Security
- Possess a proven track record of success of leading large engineering organizations
- 10 years of experience in a professional services environment
- 3-5 years of technology practice development experience
- Knowledge of engineering compensation structures
- Experience as a 1st line leader (manager)
