Stratasys Direct Manufacturing is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing the daily operation schedule, loading jobs into the shop floor, alerting shop floor departments to upcoming work load, and communicating with the applications team with regard to shop floor capacity to optimize machine capabilities and performance to achieve the highest productivity, finest quality, and on-time delivery. Additional responsibilities may include the following:
- Interact with and coordinate machine time needs of applications team, sales, marketing, customer support, and corporate applications and sales tool teams
- Work with operations employees to increase equipment uptime and productivity
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory on all assigned items
- Determine the need to expediting, following up on late orders and monitor delivery performance taking corrective action as needed
- Coordinate job schedule with other regional offices or facilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 year degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of administrative scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, while maintaining a good working relationship with the internal stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior use of scheduling software or systems
- Project management experience
- Strong sense of urgency
- Attention to detail
