Job Summary: Currently hiring for 1st shift Front End Loaders. This position can get dirty, as the product is dirt. This job is a seasonal position with possibility of getting hired on. Position is in Quarryville.

You must physically come to the Strategic Alliance Staffing office in West Grove PA to apply. Our office is located at 233 E Evergreen St, West Grove, PA 19390. Please bring 2 forms of ID.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment include front-end loaders and forklift
- Prepares organic mixes using a heavy equipment loader, pushes or relocates piles to ensure segregation of materials
- Supplies production with a continuous supply of material
- Clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by management and company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Shift Times:
- Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm, with some Saturdays if needed
Qualifications:
- Prior Front End Loader experience
- Prior Forklift experience

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
