We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance. This position will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of the company’s major strategic investments. In addition to planning and analysis responsibilities, this individual will be a key contributor to the design and implementation of an enterprise investment funding framework and the financial support model for Lean Portfolio Management.

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Support business case development for large strategic investments
• Develop, automate, and enhance financial reporting capabilities
• Clearly define and document business and system requirements for cost accounting, process controls, reporting, system integrations, data flows, and workflows
• Identify and remediate risk through detailed planning, action plan development, clear communication, and comprehensive training
• Support the design and implementation of an investment funding framework, the financial support model, and the cost accounting framework for Lean Portfolio Management based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Communicate effectively to a variety of audiences including finance, audit, technology, risk, and executive management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, or other directly related experience
• Experience in system administration, database design, report development, or other related experience
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies including agile software development
• Experience with cost/benefit analysis, project accounting, financial modeling, and capital planning
• Extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis practices, principles, applications, and analysis methods
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects, SQL, and Power Apps
• Familiarity with Hyperion Planning and Reporting or similar application
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management
• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving
