In addition to providing high value administrative, technology, and advisory services to its customers, Consoliplex coordinates the efforts of the various service providers also required to administer the health plan while holding them to the same standard of integrity that Consoliplex demands of itself.
As the Benefits Service Delivery Manager with Consoliplex, you will lead the service operations team to provide support to brokers, employers, and carriers and help to advance our operational functionality and capabilities with service partners. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with service vendors, lead the service team, including managing workload, coaching, and ensuring KPIs are consistently met, and assist with escalated service inquiries. You will also work with service partners to resolve issues when required, assess customer feedback, and refine or establish service workflows as necessary.
This is a remote position in the Cleveland/Northeast area of Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a customer focused, proactive self-starter, with strong analytical and reporting skills and keen attention to detail.
