Job Opportunity – Digital Marketing Manager for FC Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH

As the Digital Marketing Manager with FC Cincinnati, you will help to develop and execute the club's digital advertising and e-mail marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating information on the FC Cincinnati and TQL Stadium websites, as well as the FC Cincinnati app.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to develop, manage, and execute online advertising and e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Work with Business Intelligence Team to track and share reporting on campaign performance, and provide recommendations based on campaign objectives.
• Post and publish stories, develop landing pages, and update information on team operated sites.
• Collaborate with app development team to regularly update and improve app UX.
• Coordinate with Major League Soccer's digital services team to ensure compliance with league-mandated web functions.
• Develop and manage digital marketing calendar.
• This role will be required to support matchday operations during FC Cincinnati matches and other events at TQL Stadium.

Skill Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects and systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar e-mail marketing software
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, or Javascript is beneficial.
• Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
• Experience designing web content in various content management systems (Forge, Wordpress, SquareSpace, Shopify).

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, combined with 2 years of digital advertising preferably in the creative, advertising or marketing industries.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification of vaccination prior to start date

Work Hours

In addition to regular business hours, the successful candidate will be expected to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays as the project workload dictates.
