As the Reporting Analyst with Unity Financial Life Insurance Company, you will be responsible for building dashboards and creating reports that aim to produce information that is accessible to company employees. This requires coordination with multiple departments to gather stakeholder feedback and compile relevant information for internal publication. The ideal candidate will be a big picture thinker who is interested in helping us quantify processes.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Identify requirements that are needed to effectively manage performance, and work with the department stakeholders on prioritization, with the objective of identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting
- Prepare and distribute/publish key periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) sales and customer experience reports
- Communicate results and educate others through insightful visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track trends and progress by department, team, and individual KPIs
- Function as the liaison between the IT managed service provider and the company
Qualified candidates will have:
- Strong understanding of SharePoint or Power BI, business processes, and the ability to translate that knowledge as appropriate
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to speak in technical and non-technical terms as needed when interacting with others
- Proven ability to think outside conventional processes to identify opportunities for new processes and improvements
