Career Opportunity: Chief Operations Officer with EAP, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH

As the Chief Operations Officer with EAP, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the budget and fiscal functions of the organization along with providing hands-on and strategic direction for all operations to include management of our warehouse and all business processes such as Human Resources, payroll, and IT systems.
This is a hands-on leadership position with a well-established family owned business. The ideal candidate will be a high energy self-starter with a focus on growth and continuous improvement, that is adaptable and able to work seamlessly with all members of the organization.
Qualifications
Additionally, the COO should meet the following requirements:
- 5-years’ experience in Financial and Operations Management
- Prior leadership experience of managing staff across various functions of the organization
- Technical competency with Great Plains Dynamics and MS Office Products, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field(s)
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and owners of the company
- Ability to take directions from the owners of the company, work independently, make decisions, and accomplish all required responsibilities by using your experience, company resources, and direct report employees
