Our client is a well-established, non-profit organization in Northern Kentucky. We are helping them search for an Executive Assistant, to provide high-level administrative support and project management to the Executive Director and CEO.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events, working with complex calendars and resolving scheduling issues.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Arrange meetings and accommodations and prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver accurate messages, respond to requests by gathering and providing information, and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other communication.
- Schedule and facilitate in-person meetings or virtual meetings through appropriate platforms.
- Read, research, collect, and analyze information in advance as needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This role requires an individual that is mission driven and dedicated to meeting the expectations of the Executive Director and CEO by maintaining effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Other qualifications include:
- 3 years of experience working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Suite leaders.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate accurately, effectively, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
