SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Data and Information Technology Analysis Services to the Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families.
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Information Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support data management, IT maintenance, and software application troubleshooting, while providing critical analytical insights to drive service delivery improvements. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with various departments, leveraging your technical and analytical expertise to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting. Your work will play a pivotal role in supporting regional and installation-level operations, as well as emergency preparedness and response efforts.
Tasks and Responsibilities: As a Data and Information Technology Analyst, you will perform database queries, analyze trends, and generate statistical reports to support Family Fleet Support Center (FFSC) service delivery. You will maintain shared network drives, support system administration, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for FFSP software applications. You will also participate in emergency preparedness exercises, contributing to public awareness campaigns, and implement emergency response plans when necessary. Your role will include training staff on software applications and ensuring smooth operation of classroom technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform database queries and compile reports related to FFSC service delivery and scheduling.
- Manage the input, verification, and reporting of data into FFSMIS and other databases.
- Establish procedures to ensure the efficient collection and management of data.
- Maintain shared network drives at regional or installation levels.
- Develop and maintain FFSP websites and support systems administration.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for FFSP software applications.
- Deliver staff training on the use of software and classroom equipment.

Required Education and Experience:

- At least two years of experience in data analysis, database management, and IT maintenance.
- Two years of experience providing software troubleshooting and helpdesk support.
