One of our Direct State Client State of Michigan is looking for :: Software Test Analyst 5.
Interviews: MS Teams video interview
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Position location: Lansing, MI. Hybrid Role with 2 days onsite from day 1 - Flexible days on site.
Job Summary :-
As a Salesforce/CRM Tester, you ll be comfortable with Testing salesforce applications and utilizing Azure DevOps for designing, maintaining, and executing test cases for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Qualifications
- Salesforce QA/testing: 6 years (Required).
- Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required).
- Azure DevOps Test Suite: 4 years (Required).
- Nice in-contact Testing: 4 years (Preferred/Optional).
- SQL: 1 year (Preferred/Optional).
- Selenium/Test Automation or other Test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred).
- Experience in State of Michigan Processes and guidelines (Preferred).
- Should have Salesforce object knowledge such as flows, AppExchange packages, Lightning, Apex, and Significant QA Experience.
- Knowledge of testing/QA best practices
- Ability to create and utilize test scripts.
